Our Mobile Medical Clinic in Ontario, California treats acute and chronic health problems by examining patients, health screening, ordering labs/imaging as needed, and diagnosing and prescribing needed medications with the exception of narcotics. In addition, we assess the need for any special care services when required and make the appropriate referrals as needed. Furthermore, we provide continuous patient education and counseling.
UMMUCS Mid-Level Provider (PA/NP) will always coordinate and collaborate with Supervising Physician regarding patient’s care on a regular basis via telephone, email or fax and in-person as needed or when necessary. In addition, UMMUCS providers will ensure that patient’s care is coordinated with any other needed providers for continuation of care.

We Do Not Treat:
- Medical emergencies include but are not limited to chest pain, shortness of breath, altered mental status/confusion, those injured in a motor vehicle accident, head injuries, muscle weakness, severe abdominal pain, inability to swallow, and other life-threatening conditions.
- Prescribe narcotics, benzodiazepines, or any other controlled substances.
- We do not treat most chronic diseases. These require management by a primary care provider, and we are not a replacement for your primary care provider.
